2000 Accord: Radiator hose came off, radiator fan won't turn off

2000 Accord: Radiator hose came off, radiator fan won't turn off

Hi guys,

Today I came home and noticed my radiator fan on my 2000 Accord wasn't turning off so I opened the hood and found the top radiator hose came off. I disconnected the battery to stop the fan but anyone know what caused this?

Radiator fan switch was sensing high temperature or fan relay contacts are stuck closed.
