Default 1camLOVE's 93 Del Sol S (LOTS OF PICS)

Ok, so here's the back story on this piece. lol:
Traded the car 6 months ago for my 99 Civic LX... that was my baby. At first the Sol looked awesome, minus a dent in the fender, and I did the trade. But then i started noticing things wrong...
First thing i noticed was that he had tucked the wiring harness, but didnt pin it up on the passenger side... so the tire ate at it... Next thing i noticed is that the radio and the speakers were gone in the doors... and the wires for the back speakers were gone. The steering wheel was some cheap ebay brand, and wiggled alot. Also came with Blox LCA.. which I cant stand.

But the good. :] It came with functiona & form type 1's that were only a month old. the rest of the body besides the driver fender and part of the door, are straight and have recently been painted. Came with some nice, extremely good condition 15x7 +35offset xxr 513's.

Heres some pics of when i first got it:
the outside, and the motor (D15B7... FOR NOW!! ;] )

Alright, well here's how the interior and exterior are looking now... after some small renovating. I'm still nowhere even close to being done.

here's a small update. I havent really done much, but i'm about to start working on it again very soon, so i fifgured a small update would be good.

these pics are from the dragon run we did back in July.

shortly after that i traded the xxr's for 5 wheels with brand new tires...

rocked them for about a week and put them on the wifes car.
I then got ahold of some gsr blades with brand new tires. SO this is how it's sitting now. I've got some more parts on the way and will be updating once they get here

[hr]
and here's the splitter when i had it on, i took it off for the winter and i'm going to rework it to make it a little more esthetically pleasing to the eyes. but i got it to where its pretty solid. It will hold me and my daughter which is roughly 200lb together. Pretty sturdy for $75 and i made it all from stuff i got from Home Depot.

Here's a little bit of a photo shoot I did with the wife today. It was such a beautiful day, we decided to take the tops off and go cruising.

This also shows how my car looks right now. Big things coming soon

Coolest part about this, was you teaching your daughter about cars... Thats awesome!

The car is decent in my opinion. Lil too much "teen" flavor added to it for my liking. Im sure others will disagree. But as long as you're happy with it and what your doing.

Thanks man. My daughter loves cars, so I try to encourage that as much as possible.

Thanks man. I don't plan on painting my interior at all. Lol
And the windshield tint is illegal, but I got a muddy that did it for me for pretty cheap.

No telling. I have pics of my bucket up. Don't really care what people think about it either. I don't like Sols but I'd drive that one.

Keep the steering wheel though. No, it isn't completely out of place in that interior whatsoever!

Your choice in window graphics is tasteful to begin with. Their message, style, and no less their placement, really adds a unique touch of gentlemanly demure.

^^I thought they said MY attitude was bad. Looking at your post history you have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about anyone or anything. And if I'M saying that you know it means something.

This is the comment I was looking for really. I'm only on 2 other car seats (smaller, better mannered ) the only reason I even thought about posting on HT is to get the negative opinions. Everyone always has something positive and motivational to say about my car everywhere else. But I do appreciate your honesty, because any critisim is good critism.
