What's the best stock rebuild kit for the b16a3 I can buy. I am looking in to getting one and there are so many out there that I'd like some opinions. Ill be doing the rebuild my self with a friend of mine. We are mechanically skilled so we are going to give it a shot. Not looking for a turbo setup or nothing just something good enough that I still can take it to the track every once in a wile. And should I get it the block and head re-cerfaced. I will have the valve Guides done buy a shop though. Any feed back please

OEM. Period. Buy a straight edge (you can get one from Harbor Freight for $5-$10), and a set of thickness gauges ($4, Harbor Freight). If the block and head are both flat within .004", you don't need to get them resurfaced. One or the other is, get that part resurfaced.

Don't cheap out by getting those "ebay" no-name rebuid kits. Get all GENUINE HONDA parts.
