Default Riddimz CD5 EX My Build..

Hi like to introduce myself correctly.
My name is Dennis and I live in Lowell Mass. 45 minutes to Boston Mass. I'm 26 years old and I drive a 1996 Honda Accord Ex. (4Dr) in which I been driving for more then 1 year now... When I first bought her I paid $800 and this is what the car first looked like even before she was picked up.. These are the first 2 pictures ever of her...

Idk what I saw in her but I took her. The first day I went to pick up the car, she wouldn't even start. Bad battery.. When I first seen it face to face, I really didnt wanna look at it because it was in a closed space so I just wanted to get the car home.. When I finally got it home it was dark so I waited till the morning to see this $800 car I paid for..
Next morning I check the car and this is everything I find..

Front radiator support messed p.. In a accident..

Back right tail light broken. Back bumper hit. (Another accident)

Passenger door.. Another accident...

Dent on the right side..

Muffler..

Rust.. There was more but only found one picture..

CONTINUED....

After sitting there looking at all this and not including break pads, ball joints, upper and lower and axles... I decided to try and work with everything.. So after having her for a while 2-3 months.. I started fixing all the stuff I needed to pass inspection.. After getting the sticker.. It was time for a new paint job and fixing everything.. I went and got the mud flap.. Radiator support, back lights and everything else just to get it stock for paint... I put the 94-95 Honda Accord front lip on my car.. So I paid for everything and 2 weeks later.. She looked like this... Also in the picture these where the rims waiting for her when she got home...

17in" Rims.. Honda center caps.. front dish 1.5in and rear 3.0in

Since the paint job.. I've put 2 12in subs in the trunk.. Replace everything.. I ran into some lights and I was giving a good deal.. I got them then I put them on..

Since then.. And 1yr later.. This is how she sits..

I also put my fog lights on.. 94-95 depo fog lights on my 96-97 bumper..

Yea I know.. I mentioned it.. I been looking for 96-97 fog lights but no luck.. Found these.. Sold them cheap to me.. So why not put them on until I find the ones I'm looking for.. Only thing (to me) that's different is the brackets.. I got them on.. Steady and solid.. Screws and sip ties do the work...

Whats on my list to get:

Accord Garnish..
Second set of wheels..
Black Housings w/amber..
Hood bra (Accord stitched one)

I will have pictures up when I lower the car.. I already have the coil overs just haven't had the time to put them on..

No they don't fit.. You have to custom fit it.. Different brackets on the 94-95 fog lights compared to the 95-96 fog lights.. On the 94-95 fog lots and bumper you don't have to cut anything.. They just fit.. On the 96/97 fog lights and bumper you have to cut the bumper to fit them in.. I ran into the 94-95 Depo fog lights and I got them for $60 brand new in a bow with everything as you see in the picture I posted.. I been look for the 96-97 fog lights but why just use these till i find them.. I used a couple screw and zip ties.. And here what it looks like..

The black housing ones will definitely look better with that color, do you know the name of the color? Mine's the same color. I've seen some 96-97 JDM Stanley OEM foglights on ebay from Malaysia for $160 + $55 shipping. Not really worth it just for the bragging rights of a JDM part. The ones you have on now are pretty much identical to the JDM ones.

Yea I agree..the black housing will look better with the amber.. The color of the car ill get you the info.. I also was looking on eBay and seen the same prices.. Crazy.. But I got these for $60 from someone who was selling them over here where I lived.. But I found them here on eBay... These are the ones I have on my car.. That would explain why they look like the JDM ones..

Thanks for looking into that. Depo seems to be decent quality and fitment, my amber corners popped right in and don't stick out like on some cars you see.

Update..

- My JDM Garnishes will be here hopefully before Friday...
- Heading tomorrow morning to do my coil overs..
- Still debating on the visors.. I'm waiting for a warmer day... (Massachusetts Weather)
- Still on the search for the black housing w/amber corners.. If not ill order them..
- Also looking for clear turn signals.. Front ones.. If not also about to order them.. I went to the junk yard today first thing I seen was a brand new accord sitting there with the clear lights.. With out a thought..MINE.. So I took them off and left with them... Ended up getting home.. I look at them.. They are for a 94-95 accord.. I drive a 96 Accod... -_- .... They had alot of accords but nothing rare.. But if you needed alot of not rare stock parts.. This was your place.. I also got newer buttons.. Trying to restore the interior...

Selling & Up for trades:

- Xenon Front Bumper Only..
- Halos
- & mores stuff as I decide...

The 94-95 lip/96-97 bumper combo looks nice. Not exactly a fan of the headlights, but to each his own. You can also get somewhat rare OEM parts off of TAS auto parts which sells only 90-02 Accord parts!

Edit: Oh I see you're trying to get rid of the angel eyes. Good they're chincy lol

Aren't they already black? Here's what mine looks like with the "Mugen" lip. Mind the crack, I have a gnarly train track between my house and civilization.

No they aren't black.. Only the side skirts are stock black.. I got the 94-95 lip paint same colors as the car.. But I'm thinking about grabbing the mugen and sides and paint them a nice black..
