Default Are the primary and secondary o2 sensors the same?

Meaning, can I take a secondary o2 sensory off a si and put it on the primary one? Does that make sense?

or to reiterate can I take a secondary o2 sensor off a wrecked/junked vehicle and use it as my primary sensor?

Also are o2 sensors interchangable between vehicles, ie 92-96 prelude (4 wire) is the same as 96 integra?

TIA
DID THE SEARCH: thanks

Mick

John...you lost me there, I know that in an Integra they are interchangeable, because I have done that previously, maybe not in a civic.
