Not Again!! Engine Code 7

Default Not Again!! Engine Code 7

Alright so about 5 months ago i replacd my tps sensor cause it was throwing the code 7, well guess what.. ITS BACK AGAIN. keep in mind i took one off a old engine, but jeez my luck

any other ways to fix it other then replacing it again??

Tune it with a multimeter. Probe the middle wire (red) and ground your other lead. Loosen the screws so you can twist it. With the throttle closed twist the sensor untli you get as close to .5 volts as possible. Tighten screws and recheck. Resent ECU. Code should disappear. HTH
