Default surging at 4500rpm non vtec

hello i just did a b18b1 non vtec turbo swap in my 97 civic dx and im have a problem with the rpm once i start the car runs fine but when i get goin i only get up to 4500 rpm and it seems like its at a rev limiter for liketen sec but then its just fine and boost fine and runs great i haveput new plugs and wires on it and a tps on it toand still does it thinking its fuel pump or timing is off please help

it could be the fuel filter or injectors also if your boosted you could not have big enough injectors on there to support the need. try running fuel system cleaner. if that isn't it check your filter and then injectors.

well when i bought the turbo kit it came with a fuel pump but have no idea what injectors are in it how do u tell what size injectors are

sometimes they are stamped but other that that I couldn't tell you have them tested maybe or find a stock number
