Default white spark plugs d15b1 running lean

Ok I was checking the compression on my dpfi d15b1 and got 220 220 225 and 220, is this normal? While I had the spark plugs out I noticed the tips were dry and white. What can I do to correct this? I don't want the motor to destroy itself.

You have high compression. And you plugs sound like normal wear

that compression is super high, and your plugs should be a golden brown not white. White in fact means you are running lean.

How old are the plugs? How long have they been in there?

Have you checked your fuel pressure?

Any check engine lights?
