Default 93 DX with Z6 JUST DIED? Help!

I bought this 93 DX Sedan back in Oct and everything has been perfectly fine. The other night I was driving home and cruising around 45 and all of a sudden it was trying to choke itself out? Wouldn't accept any throttle and was just trying to kill itself, I downshifted through all the gears and it ended up just dieing. I left it there for a few hours, went back and it started right back up and I attempted at driving home and it made it maybe 500ft and did the same thing.. this time I heard the main relay CLICK: (Or what I believe to be the main relay?<This could be my issue in itself) So after pushing the car some ways I went and replaced the coil and main relay. Started right back up and drove it home, approx 6 miles. I hadn't needed to drive it in the last 2 days so I hadn't checked it. This morning I was warming it up and right about the 10 min mark same thing! So I replaced the ignition control module, started up faster then ever before! Right at the 10 min mark again, shuts off.. This time (what I believe to be the main relay) FLIPPED OUT!. ZZZZZZZIPP making all kinds of crazy noise for 1-2sec and the car shut off again.. This is my DD, I need some ideas please??

Side note (Car has a miss that I can't identify, after it gets warmed up the miss goes away.. it has never caused anything to be funny to this point.) Car also has brand new plugs, wires, cap, button, fuel filter.

Is the CEL on? Does it work? Have you checked ignition and mechanical timing, and have you done a compression test?

It might be the ignitor inside the dizzy my ek was fine and all of a sudden died while driving I pulled over let it sit for a few minutes started right up let it idle started driving and it died a few feet later. It wouldn't start so I got it towed. At home it would start then when you would give it gas it would die. First changed fuel filter then the fuel pump then the main relay and still wouldn't stay running. Then I I took my buddy's dizzy off his gsr and put it on mine and it started right up and drove around with no problems.

Check to make sure your thermostat ground is clean and tight.

I have not checked the timing. Its been running perfectly fine other than the slight miss.. And the guy I bought it from said he took it to a few garages and noone could figure it out but he put nearly 20,000 miles on it and I have put around 7 or 8k.. Would it just come out of time? I am planning on doing a compression test today or tomorrow.

I wish it was! I already changed it, I guess it has different names. When you look it up at the parts store its called the ignition control module. Square 1x1 or so with little speaker looking ends sticking out of it?

Thank you, I'll look at that today and/or maybe just replace it

You completely skipped over the most important question. Is the CEL on, and does it work?

Ah, missed it. So, does the CEL come on when the car dies?

Yes, along with the other cluster lights as normal.

So, I'm still not 100% sure its fixed.. BUT after it died again my dad hit the fuel pump with a hammer and the car started back up.. So we replaced the fuel pump and its been running approximately 2 days and 100 or so miles...

AND THEN THERE WAS MORE! Yesterday I woke up and it wouldn't start at ALL! So my gpa came down and we spent 4 hours going through everything and he determined that my ECU was only sending out a grounding signal part of the time.. My little bother just soo happened to have another P28 laying around so we tested it and immediately the CEL came on and stayed on instead of acting normal.. So I'm not real sure what to think but I am going to run this other ECU for a could days and see if I can not get stuck anymore.. We also completely ruled out the main relay so I took the new one off and took it back.. I'll probably just leave the fuel pump, coil, and ignition module..
