what is the size of the axle bolt?
the one im refering to is (i dont know the official name for it) the one that is right behind the center cap in the middle of the brake disc. one edge is wedged into the axle thread so it wont unscrew itself.

It's either 31 or 32 mm. Conversion from http://www.processassociates.com/pro...ert/cf_len.htm
edit: it's closer to 32 mm HTH

Oh yeah, huh, get a friend to press on the brakes while you use a giant breaker bar with a large pipe on the handle. Good luck ^_^

32mm is correct. A long bar works great. I had trouble when changing my friend's axle, but as soon as we put a 5' long bar on the breaker bar, it came off without a hitch.

yup 32mm.. easiest way is to just take the centercap off and put the car on the ground all the way... then get a big breaker bar and stand on it.. it comes off even if the lock is pressed in...
its 32 MM..we used the above method... have the e-brake on and wheel chocks/blocks... took the rim off.. popped off the center cap... unstake the pin thing (dunno what its called)... then put the rim back on and lugs.. lowered the cam back to the ground... had a friend press on the brakes while slipping on a 32mm socket and breaker bar w/ pipe extension and applying force to it... it was tough but it broke loose...
