Icon2 em2 wheel fitment

i was looking at these wheels (which the link is below) but there 17x7.5 4/100 +38mm offset and the oem offset is i think 45mm and the wheel width is 6.5 for a 2005 honda civic em2 and was wondering if this was a good fit, alittle less offset, alittle more wider, no rubbing issues. what is everyones opinion on this please let me know what ya think ?!?!? (link to the wheels below)

This means absolutely nothing these days.

Sites like Google and The Wayback Machine use several computers to take screen shots of websites, so that they can be seen when the site is down. Therefore, they manifest themselves in pageviews (or in this case, thread views). In total, you're looking at about 80% or so of the pageviews are made by non-human entities.

As for your request, those will fit with a properly sized tire.

The first part basically states that pageviews don't mean anything these days. So, complaining about 100+ pageviews... really doesn't mean that 100+ people looked at the page. Realistically only 20 or so did.
