Default 95 Accord front end clunk/grind

I have a 95 accord ex and yesterday out of no where when I let of the gas I get a loud clunking sound almost like a tire with a bad belt at low speed it sounds grindy but it makes no noise accelerating only when you let of I gave the axels a wiggle and they both have the same feel any help would be appreciated as I am pulling my hair out and don't have much left
Thanks

Very common.

Cheek your wheel bearings as well. My eg had that same problem when i bought it. Replaced the drivers side wheel bearing and all noises and the death shake from hell during braking went away.
