Can i swap another 2001 civic ecu into this car without problems the car has autostart so the car got some kind of bypass for the chip key
And when the car is on it idle low like its goin to die intill the rpm on the cluster stop then idle better but still in limp mode

If the ECU is faulty and has to be replaced, the car will need to be taken to a dealership for them to reprogram the entire system including the imobilizer system. When you do this take all keys with you as that is a crucial step.
What happened to the car that lead to the issue you have?

I have no clue i just got the car like that i thought if i change some sensor and it will be fine
I have switched the tdc sensor and hope the car will drive fine but no luck
And the relay on the passenger side so now i guess imma switch ecu and hope it works
