Icon2 electrical problem plz help

I have a 00 civic si with a B18C1 swap. The car has not been driven with the swap but i did get it to turn on and it was idling at 3500rpm, so I took the IM off and changed a torn hose and replaced some gaskets. I put everything back together how it was and now there seems to be an electrical problem.
Symptoms:
- Fuel pump won't prime
- Ign. off dim dome light main relay clicking
- Checked grounds
- Checked fuses
- Hardwired starter and car turns over
- Windows don't roll down
- Ign. on, no accessories work but the check engine light and battery lights turn on on dash.

Anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?

There seems to be quite a bit of issues. The best way to solve your problem is to take it one step at a time. You need air, fuel and spark for combustion.

1) Check you are getting spark. If you have to hardwire the starter, figure out why it won't work how it supposed to.

2) Check you are getting fuel. If the fuel pump doesn't prime, you'll have to follow the diagnostics in the manual.

Once the car runs fine, you can figure out other electrical problems. Also, double check connections around the IM since it sounds like you weren't having these problems until you changed it.

Hopefully that helps get you started.

The car was starting before i took the IM off and now its not turning over. The fuel pump is not priming but there is power to the fuel pump. There is power to the fuse box. I changed the ground location and the dome light got brighter but the dash lights got dimmer and now the brake light stays on. Main relay is good and all the fuses are good. Now what?

We hot wired the car to bypass the ignition switch until I figure out why the fuel pump isn't priming.

Figured out the problem. For some reason I unhooked the ground to the transmission and that's what was causing the problem. Hooked it back up and everything worked fine.
