I know how to build engines and all and swap them but there one thing i need help with... is swapping the wire harness i dont know wether you take the dash out and take the body wire harness out or take the engine ecu harness out... im swapping a b17a1 into the eg i need to know the steps and or process of removal and installation on how. any help would be much appriciated!!!

for your swap are you putting in another odb1 swap or switching to obd2 ?

 

another obd1 d15b8 to a obd1 b17a1

 

then you should just be able to disconnect the engine harness and plug n play with the new d series since their both obd1
