Default Snap oversteer video on youtube

I searched through Youtube for s2000 snap oversteer videos, most of which show the driver letting off the gas mid-turn, causing a shift of weight to the front. This video was different since the driver kept his foot on the gas through the apex. What was the driver's mistake in this video, despite over correcting?

He definitely let off the gas when the car got out too far for his comfort, and bam, just like they all do. I would have stayed in it and spun off to his left. I also wouldn't have gotten on the throttle that early in the turn, it was destined for a sideways/backwards ending.

That's pretty much what it was. Getting on the throttle to early and too hard.
