Default Any good cheap valve cover gaskets?

I'm curious if anyone has had good experience with cheap valve cover gaskets on ebay or rock auto or wherever.

I have used felpro valve cover gaskets in the past. Some had the bumps to keep the gasket in during installation. Others did not. I don't understand why.

Felpro is one if the best in my opinion. Your asking for "cheap" and "good" in the same sentence. They don't go together. You get what you pay for.

As far as the moldings being different, it just might be that certain styles come that way and others don't and if it was the same style multiple times, then they probably changed they're casting.

Felpro are good, the next best thing to OEM and may even be better, but they are kinda pricey. You can get this for $10 cheaper and get almost the same quality.

I got this set http://www.ebay.ca/itm/390431006055?...#ht_1161wt_715 and wouldn't recommend it. The oil seals seemed good but the valve cover gasket was too large on one of the loops on the end. Not sure if it will show in the picture but what I was trying to capture was the difference in size between the one I took out and the new one. All else seemed fine with this kit, I installed it a few days ago with no issues thus far.
