Default No heat 96 civic

Its a 95! Sorry for the title.

Okay. I have searched and searched, Talked to other people, and taken my whole dash out. The heater core has water flowing freely and does get hot. Both pipes under the dash are hot to the point of burning my hand along with the hoses going to the block. The air mix door is not broken and moves freely. What the hell is the issue? Lol.
