Thinking about buying a CRX...
Alright I've found a 91 HF for sell. The interior looks new, and about the only thing that I can majorly see wrong with the exterior is that there are a few dings in the fender, but I could easily have them replaced by finding some new ones at the local junkyard.
The man was asking $3000 but I have talked him down to $2500. It has brand new tires on it, new clutch and a few other small parts have been replaced he is also including a stereo as well.
What do you all think about this deal, please give me some insight...

2500 its still a little too high
go and find the blue book's value....
i dont think its that much.. maybe 1700....
not worthed the 2500 if: (IMO)
has more than 120k miles
stock paint
stock engine
burns oil
etc etc
drive it... if its slow (tired engine) or has any noises, shakes, squeaks, bumps, smoothness...**** like that
but i say again its not worthed no more than 1700

Yea, but I truely believe this is a really nice car. It was driven by an elderly lady, and it appears to have been garage kept, and YES I am going to upgrade it. Probably not as much as the bodykits as I want performance. I want a fast rex and thats why I really want this HF. Seriousy, it looks practically brand new inside.
Honestly, I don't know if I can talk em down or not, but I've been looking for a well kept one for a while now, and I think I'm just gonna take this one.

Dude, I'd say go for it. Drivabe HF's are a rarity, especially 91's.
If I had a second chance to buy a CRX, I'd go for an HF - even if it's 2500.. or even 3000.... You won't regret having the lightest best looking CRX out there!
