I have a 1991 Honda Accord that has a hole in the flex pipe. I've been able to find the part but I have no idea how to put it in. Is this something I can fix myself or will I have to go to a shop that specializes in muffler and exhaust work?

 

You will need a welder and a sawzall. If you don't have those then take it to a shop.
