Well, your pictures kinda suck to say the least....
But what your describing on stock suspension and wheels/tires leads me to believe something is bent or the front struts are blown. Maybe both
So what did you hit?

The rub spots are very high in the wheel housing. You should be experiencing a pretty crappy ride, and steering issues if there is that much travel in the struts. Notice any fluid around the strut? Vehicle been in a front end accident recently? How long has this been happening?

but 1 month ago i bent a rim a little bit and I send to repair the rim and put new tire...

and yesterday was going in the highway like 70 mph and there was a bump in the highway and I hear the sound of the tire rubbing for the instant...
when I come home I check and see the rub place in the inner fender...
what could be? is normal?
the strut I think they are the stock original...
Weird how i asked what you hit...
Does the car sit level? Does it drive strait? Does the suspension in the front feel soft?
Bending the rim like that wouldnt surprise me if something was bent.

Does the car "bounce" more than two times or so after you hit, lets say, a speed bump? Or even just a dip in the road?

You may have bent the upper control arm. Does it pull to one side? A trip to an alignment shop should tell you what is wrong.
Try checking the radius rod as well. I had the nut come loose one time and had the wheel rub the fender liner. It also caused alot of noticable steering problems. The alignment shop had adjusted the caster and didnt get the nut tight i guess.
Take a picture of the front right and left wheels, or take a measurement from the wheel to the back of the fender opening.
Albeit the wheel sits back further on the left side from the impact, most likely bent front beam, if you replaced the upper control arm.
Check #5 for any creases or bends...

Pothole-Accord... we meet again.

do you know if the strut of the picture are the stock original?
can you see the pictures of the wheel and tell me if there something wrong?
Per your pictures it looks like you have two different struts. One looks white, the other blue. Possible that one is not same spec as the other.

I don`t want to change parts without I`m sure to replace... the dolar is to expensive here in venezuela...
25 bs x 1 $.
eventually i`m looking to buy the upper control arm used but oem..
maybe before I bought the car the rear strut was changed and the front maybe are the stock from 1996...
I thinking to change only the front strut...
what brand you recomend to me to stock spring?
I searched and find the kyb gr-2/excel. but in some places don`t talk very good...
recommend me some front strut???? thank`s
The thing about bent suspension parts and doing an alignment is that you can have the car aligned to stock specs while the car is static(not moving). But the suspension moves, if the upper arm is bent in a way to cause the wheel to travel backwards more than normal, it may be causing it to rub against the inner fender.
If the pothole impact was harsh enough to cause the balljoint to be popped out, I would think it may have also bent the upper control arm in a way that is not easily perceived.
Or it simply could be that the bumpstop on that front shock is missing or damaged to the point it allows more than normal travel.

#13 in the above image.
To clarify, the Accord does not have struts, struts are a combination of a suspension link and damper(shock).

mad mike today I remove the strut shock and there is no bump stop just like you said

the shock look ok because it going up when i press down and its hard...
the other think is the bushing from the upper control arm: look please:
