i have a 07 civic si and ever now and then when starting up the car the light for the steering wheel comes on and if you try and turn the wheel its stiff. turn the car off and restart the light goes away and stiffness goes...
idk no check engine light on either

 

power steering sensor might be going...

 

i have thought of that and i also replaced it and also changed out the fluid with honda power steering fluid and still and getting that intermittent problem
i mean its kind of nice sometimes to have the powering steering disabled so i can do some drifting but when im trying leave the mall
