Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with some suggestions for an exhaust manifold replacement. I have a 95 Del Sol SI, 1.6 V-Tec and just recently noticed that my exhaust manifold is cracked. I was wanting to replace it with a header, but wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions as to which header would be the best. I'm not into racing, and do have emissions testing.
I'm not wanting to break the bank, but would like something decent. Thanks in advance for any advice.

 

Any cheapie brand header in eBay will work fine.

 

When my manifold cracked I put a ebay header on my 93 del sol si auto.
Works fine was about $60 included gaskets collector pipe. Cheaper than a o2 sensor that I already replaced. When you install bolt header to the block first, then collector pipe to the header, then get underneath and use some vise grips to force the collector pipe to line up with the exhaust pipe than lock in the spring loaded bolts. Check torque specs everywhere DON'T overtighten and tighten evenly.

auto parts warehouse is what ive been using. can get a nice replacement 4-3-1 header for 54$ and free shipping. Not trying to advertise just using as a reference.

weld repair the oem manifold, it will be cheaper and you wont have fitment issues with aftermarket exhausts

 

Thanks for the replies! I went with a header from ebay "speed daddy" for $55 and free shipping. And I'll be sure to take your advice on the install tip delsolintegra. It's suppose to be here Friday
