Rear camber kits? Factory bushings are shot
Well I'm going to be lowering my 99 ex here soon and adding a rear sway and such. I've been thinking of the eibach pro system since Its my daily driver and I don't want a rough ride and not too much drop. But my rear upper control arm bushings are worn out so I'm thinking of just doing a rear camber kit since my camber is already almost out due to the bad bushings and I don't feel like going oem arms. So what are some good options for the rear upper arms? I've got spc Arms on my bmw. Are they pretty good on the civics as well?
DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT buy Skunk2 rear camber kits unless you like positive camber. They don't call it Junk2 for a reason, my car maxing out the threaded adjustment on them would only pull -1.1 degrees camber with the car lowered quite a bit.
Ok. Well I'm thinking I'm gonna get the spc arms then. I get them cheaper ordering through work I found out. I just ordered the eibach pro system plus through work for 620 shipped. Now I'm wondering about which rear sway bar brace to go with and possible rear lower control arms while I'm at it ?
You could have probably been better off just going with a hardened rubber bushing kit. If the rear upper control arm bushings are already shot then it's very likely the rest are going to be the same condition soon.
If you really want to replace the rear lower control arms, Function 7 is the best. We are a distributor, and also have a rear camber kit.
I'd look into a full bushing kit though in the future. For swaybars the 24mm ASR is a good start or a used ITR.

Well I put new honda trailing arm bushing in about 2k miles ago when I did a rear disk swap. I also ordered all now shock top mountbushings from work for when i do the springs and strutsAnd the kit I ordered has a 17mm rear sway from eibach which is enough for a dd. but I'm told a brace is recommended for anything over a si 13mm sway bar. What's your price on a rear subframe brace function 7 lower arms and spc camber arms? You can pm me if needed. I was priced the spc camber arms for 45 each plus shipping
