Tranny on a 96 honda accord lx
So here recently my honda accords clutch went out, i bought a new one and had it put in. the mechanic told me 4th gear went out so i have been skipping it when i drive, however reverse went out the other day and then came back yesterday, i was woundering if anyone knew what might be happening? is it the clutch or is my tranny going out?? PLZ HELP

How did 4th gear 'go out' during a clutch replacement? As for Reverse, can you not select it or does nothing happen when shifting into R?
