Can anyone tell me how to what i will have to do to replace the passenger rear quarter panel on my 1998 civic lx 4door please help

 

its kind of not just a bolt on fix. you have to cut the entire panel off and have the new one welded on. how bad is the damage? because if you definitely NEED the panel replaced, i would only have an extremely reputable shop do the work. on top of that, it's going to be pretty damn expensive.
