How do u remove the plastic moldings on the roof? Do u just pull them upwards from the windshield then pull up all the way to the back window?

When reinstalling, I assume its a pressure type of fit. Meaning u have to push it down intil the rubber thing catches on to the roof itself. Is it better to start at the middle of the car then work forward and backward? How do the metal clips at the ends of the moldings attach to the car?
