up for sale or possibly trade is my

-2004 Nissan 350z (base model)

-3.5 VQ35DE V6
136,xxx miles, runs really strong, newer plugs, oil changed (less than 2 weeks ago) and has been changed with fully synthetic since the first owner had it, i am the 3rd, most of the miles were put on by the last owner from traveling all over the states for work, seriously this guy covered some ground lolol

-6speed
trans is tight, no grinds or pop outs or anything of that nature, shifts nicely, been well maintained and fluids have been changed regularly

- a little background info on why im selling
..i purchased this car about half a year ago from a wickstrom ford dealership, while i still had a hatchback that i drove and just drove the 350z on the weekends but someone t-bone the hatch on thanksgiving, we caught the people but the police didnt do anything about it so i got screwed out of a car, and owed my grandpa alot more money than intended, he was awesome enough to just buy it outright for me and ive just been making payments to him, but to be honest, im 22, i work at jimmy johns and i live 100% on my own, as much as i hate to say it but ontop of everything else this is a little pricey for me at the current time with the wages i make, its just not for me at the present time, which sucks i seriously love this thing

..but anyways after a week or 2 of owning it, i received a message from someone asking if i had bought that from a ford dealership..turns out a friend of a friend had owned this car and traded it in on a jeep for work, so i was able to get all details and information on the car, he purchased it from the first owner who was a woman, and it was completely stock with around 80,xxx miles, her husband was a mechanic so it was cared for and taken care of, they sold it because they started a family and well, its a coupe.

-work thats been done in the last year,
previous owner did all this so he could sell it to make the down payment for his srt8 jeep
(he still has all the paper work, can aquire it if need be)
new aftermarket throttle body
new injectors
new shocks
new struts
new k&n cold air intake
new full exhaust
new lower control arms
new ball joints
new axles
new plugs
new Xenon H.I.D.S

-work done by me so far (i have all paperwork)

new radius rods
new battery
new short shifter and shift ****
new H7 3k yellow H.I.D.S
new d2r 10k blue H.I.D.S
new plugs
fully synthetic oil change
full alignment, less than 2 weeks ago, as well as a full inspection of the underneath and suspension, everything checked out fine, it was surprisingly super clean underneath

XXR 526's
17x10
18x10
offset unsure, not running spacers or anything and everything clears fine

w/falken ziex tires
fronts are kinda worn 225/45/r17
rears are brand new 245/40/r18

***getting these painted, hopefully the weekend of 3/2
kid told me they were legit, sold my good rims drove all the way to milwaukee for them to be rattle caned and kinda chipped up in areas, still dope and look good but they were nothing what he said they were so im in the process of having them re-done, and i am also having the roof painted flat black to match the rims and tail lights

ISSUES/PROBLEMS/CONCERNS*

just being as honest as i can be, i am picky myself, and i know i dont like surprises, theres nothing major or anything and the car is mechanically sound, just little here and theres, car is almost 10 years old now!

-missing one rear mudflap, lost it during the snow sometime =/

-driver side H.I.D. ballast is out, burnt out durring on of the snow storms a couple weeks ago, priced it out at like 80.00 bucks tops, just havent ordered it yett, doesnt really bug me i use the 3k yellow lows, that are still bright as hell
INCLUDED ARE 2 SETS OF H.I.D.S, used xenons that are still good, and BRAND NEW 10k Deep Blues)

- the passenger side door just stopped opening as of last week, it locks and unlocks and the window still works, the track just got mis-aligned
...i dont really have anyone else in the car too often so it doesnt effect me, its not that big of an issue, nothing is broken, you just have to take the panel off and put it back on track, i work everyday and dont have a garage thats why i havent done it, no time...it shouldnt cost you a thing if you do it yourself

- the timing belt and serpentine belt
i dont know if they have been changed for sure or not, previous owner was told by the first owner that it had been changed at 75k miles
priced them BOTH belts are 150.00 tops
