Need A part ID's

Found this part in the trunk of the 2000 Accord I just bought and don't know there it go's

Looks like a panel plug. Usually installed into a drain hole after the car has been painted. Might be some form of sound damper between the cabin and trunk compartments. Pull out the carpet/inner trunk panels and look at the underside of the decklid/package tray for any slots that may accept it.
