fs: RHINO IMMOBILIZER WHEEL BOOT 14" in nj
i have for sale a used rhino immobilizer wheel boot. it is 14" in diameter, and will fit perfectly 15" wheels and up. this is the same boot used by nyc and other cities in the tristate area. it comes with the "key" which i am not sure is universal, but it might be.
NO, this was not owned by NY/NJ state. i bought this brand new for $500 about 5 years ago directly from the supplier. i had a civic that i used this boot on and it was never stolen. if this boot is good enough for ny/nj, then it is good enough for your honda. guaranteed protection since they cannot access your lug nuts to remove your wheel.
