Default Manual Swap from friend's crashed Acura.

Hello, everyone!
This is my first post and I would really like a reply.
My friend just crashed his 1998 Acura 2.3 CL, but all the parts are pretty much good.
I have a 1994 Honda Civic 2-door and would like to use his engine/pedal assembly, etc. to convert my car to a manual.
Will it be possible for me to do this with the parts from his car?
I've looked around but can't find anything.

Next time please use the search button towards the top. It's to the left of "Quick Links" and to the right of "New Posts" DO NOT USE THE ONE AT THE TOP RIGHT, it's junk. Also try google next time.

This is the only time i will link you it, next time use the search

I believe I was once told "Everybody was new once upon a time. Cut people some slack".

In any case OP. Make use of the FAQs and pay particular attention to the swap section. There is also a Hybrid subforum that deals with swaps similar to this one.

Okay, sorry about that mess up. I did use google and the search at the top-right. I saw a bunch of ambiguous threads, so I wasn't sure if it would apply to me in this situation. Thank you guys.

Do yourself a HUGE favor, pull the front seats and install them. Your (and your passenger's) *** will love you for life.

Also, the correct way to use Google is "search query site:honda-tech.com"

No, the CL has an F23 engine and you have a D engine.

Ls meshes for cheap nice comphy seats and Del sol seats for cheap LOW to the floor(More room for legs for us taller or thicker lol). Gsr leather's are also nice but a little more pricey.

A CL is pretty poor donor vehicle for this swap in this car, great for an Accord, Prelude, CL, or first gen Odyessy but not this. I don't think the pedals fit. You will need an aftermarket mount kit if you want to use the powertrain, you'll also need an OBD1 distributor and you'll need t do some cutting.

Yes, you definitely should. I have 03 CL sport seats in the front of my sedan, and they are AMAZING. I also did a write-up on how to install them.

LS meshes are the wheels, not the seats
