d15 bogging at 3500 what do i do??

Default d15 bogging at 3500 what do i do??

so when the motor is cold and i go thru the revs at 3000-3500 the motor starts to bog but after a quick second it goes right thru what do i do??

ive taken it to mechanics and they wont touch it after i tell them all that i get everything from could be fuel system to dizzy problem to plug wires. im about ready to get a z6 head and do a mini me swap if that will fix the problem
