blue smokes for days at WOT in any gear at any RMP! car has horrible gas milage! and smells like fuel all day! OIL would be gone after driving for a week.
blue smokes = oil
black smokes = fuel/rich
white smokes = water
OK heres the real question.
i had a lsvtec b4 this setup and one pistons cracked and i didnt know,
car would smoke like crazy when i smash but only BLACKsmokes!?
took motor aprt and found the crack piston. so OIL WAS GETIN THREW AND BURNING in the compression chamber! if blue smokes like everyone say is oil then why was my car throwing out black smokes?????
The car didnt smell like fuel, and had great gas milage!.. the lsvtec ran a chip ECU with O2deleted.
the 85x89 runs the same ECU as ^^^...
Car smokes blue, no CEL, NO o2, horrible gas mileage, reeks of fuel!
85x89 runs great with ecu, b4 it didnt smoke or stink like fuel till the brake in process at 1000miles. Everything BRANDNEW!
Setup:
b16head supertech everything, pro2cams
block: CP 13.1.1 8cc dome. pistons. eagel rods. ARP/ACL everything.
rc310, walbro255, chevron 91oct ONLY, victorX, stock dizzy, iradum ix sparkplug, NGK wires
can runs like a champ! just wanna get rid of this maddenss fuel and smoke burning problem.
what are the solutions?
TUNE? TIMING?
The questions is that the car didnt do it till now! is it burning fuel and oil?
any personal experince help would be greatly apprciated! Thanks...

From what I understand from your post, you ran a "chipped" ecu on your old lsvtec and cracked a piston, which I beleive was caused by a less than ideal map (too much timing at the wrong places, too lean therefore too much heat etc..). Then you ran that same ecu on bigger bore, 13:1 compression on pump gas with very agressive cams...then you are wondering why your motor is not running correctly? come on...
I am amazed to see people running expensive and hardcore setups then cheaping out on tuning when that is more important then anything else in their setups... Do you think an olympic athelete would spend 8 hours a day training 7 days a week then eating only mcdonalds and bacon? Can you imagine a formula 1 running on all season tires?
My guess is that from running a random chip with an inadequate map you broke something in your motor causing excessive oil and fuel consumption...but it's just a guess.

from reading some of your previous threads, doesnt sound like you know what you're doing. you seem to keep ******* up your engines in similar fashions. you should probably find a new hobby.

I would say you melted another piston with another no tune build. Tuning is the key to any PGM-FI build. No matter how much you spend on building an engine, it's noting without a proper EMS with a dyno & street tune.
You seem to have deep pockets. Considering the name brand parts that you purchased aimlessly. Here is my suggestion, reach into those pockets a little deeper next time and spend it where it should be spent.... On tuning!
