Default 1998 Honda Crv LX Thermostat Housing Leak

Ok 1998 Honda CRV LX has a coolant leak

I believe it is coming from the Thermostat Housing.

When you look under the car the water drips from where the Drive shaft mounts in the front. I know it isn't coming from there but from the area of the thermostat housing and just rolling down the engine.

I feel the hoses and they are dry so I can only guess the housing is the culprit

Has anyone seen this and can offer some advice

Thermostat gasket from an auto parts store or straight from the Honda dealer.
