Icon4 Transmission noise/ Valves ticking.

1) Every morning that I come out to turn on the car, I notice a ticking sound coming from my transmission while the car is still cold. The noise comes out with the clutch out and also with the clutch in, so basically that ticking sound is always there. Even while i'm driving I can somewhat hear that ticking sound. Can anyone give me some advice on what the problem might be?

P.S. Input shaft bearing, & the counter-shaft bearing were replaced about 3 months ago.

2) Also, in the morning when the car is cold, I can hear my valves ticking. If I take it to my mechanic to do a valve adjustment, will that stop the "ticking" sound?

Thanks for reading

***UPDATE***

I noticed earlier that the "ticking" sound will actually stop once I press the clutch in.
