Default itr or skunk 2 valves

so i have my car all apart and its time to put the valves in should i use skunk 2 high compression valves since im running stage skunk 2 cams and valves springs and retainers, are they benfits from using these valves?will i see more power?
im running stock bottem end and i know the more compression the more the cams perform, any answer will be helpful thanks
oh the engine is b18c type r 1997

As far as i know Flow-wise only Ferrea come close to the Stock ITR's. If you want to increase compression just use a thinner HG I dont think you'll have Clearance problems unless you already excessively milled your head.

no the heads not milled, but will the increase from the head gasket be enough for the cams

imo you'll be fine with a 2 layer. I't will get you around 11.6 wich i think is enough for S2S2's.

Oem ITR will be lighter. They have a narrower stem.
