For those who don't know Hto is habitual traffic offender. That also means 1-5 year suspension of license. One year no driving and after a ton of fines I can apply for a hard ship. This means I may have to sell the Type R. I do not want to sell the R but it is useless if I cannot drive. The car has 40,000. The car is in awesome condition and has been treated very well. As I said I would hate to sell the car. The year is 2001 and the color is black. I still have to pay off the car. I would have to sell the car for no less 22,650 (the remaining amount I owe on the car). The car has a DC sport 4-2-1 header and Sparco Evo's with 5pt harness. I really love the car this sux. Florida says 12 points in 12 months your license is suspended. I have over 20 points for the year. I still have my license but it did cost me lots and lots $$$$$ ...$$$$ and many hours in traffic school. Most of them are not speeding tickets. In the last month I have received another 15 points (addition to the 20+). 2 Speeding tickets (in the same day by the same cop) 6pts. A no turn on red 3pts. Running a stop sign 3pts. The last ticket, I got this week, was for avoiding a red light 3pts. I pulled into a gas station and didn't buy anything or get out of my car... a cop gave me a ticket 3pts.
I will be honest, off all the tickets I have received the, last ticket was the only ticket I didn't not deserve. I went to court for one of the recent tickets and I'm suspended for 1 year. I have 4 more to go .
