Default Cb7 Accord Rear AT Mount Testing

Hi guys. I need some advice on this as its really bothering me right now. My 91 accord auto vibrates and shakes when its in gear.

I rebuilt my engine last fall and thought that it would make the vibration go away because 2 cylinders had no compression, but to my surprise it did not fix it.

After looking online I figured that my rear engine mount must be bad. The front one was replaced last year and I heard when that one goes bad the rear one does too.

What I need help with is diagnosing if the mount is actually bad b/c I heard that the solenoid could just be bad or there may be a cracked vac line. Can someone please help me diagnose my rear engine mount? I don't want to just throw a part at if I can fix it simply.

I feel like such a ignoramus for not replacing the mounts when I had the engine out for the rebuild... Oh well, nothing I can do now, at least I know.
