2006 civic, good battery....

When I turn the key there is nothing! it will not even attempt to turn over. I put in a new battery and it still does nothing. Anyone have any idea what I should check next?

1. do you have any mods at all? flashpro especially?

2. are your power accessories working? (windows/locks/lights/etc.)
