Just wondering if it's possible to re-align a window?

My drivers window "falls forward" a bit when you give it that last turn (manual windows). Sometimes it's worse then others, but I'm still scared to wash it with a pressure washer.

Anyway I can make it sit level again? Makes the tint look funny too.

 

Adjustment bolts are behind the door panel. Take it off and they are behind the plastic cover.
