obd1 vss ecu wiring

Im working on hooking up the vss to the ecu to get rid of my cel 17. Connecter b pin 10 i have as the pin into my ecu, but where does that wire go after the fire wall?

well if anyone is having the same issue i have found that on the ef cluster harness a yellow and red wire (b2) is the wire that goes back to the vss
