Default S2 Pro or Tuner series ?

The skunk2 pro 2 vs tuner series 3. They seem to have similar specs and hp claims. What else is the big difference on them ? Primary lobes ? Manufacturing process ? Do the pro series have more agressive low rpm profiles ?

Just now starting to read up on them so forgive my ignorance !

Currently I only have a ctr intake cam and mild compression at 11.5:1, so I'm not even sure if the pro series is meant for such a low static compression.

Pro series is a much more aggressive cam than the tuner series in everyway. The cam ramp angles are steeper and the primaries are not stock. The tuner cams leave a stock primary for best idle properties and are more of a drop in cam.

Pro series require a little more care to be taken into consideration in regards to cam gear settings and valve seat pressure.

I'll be using it primarily for autocrossing, but still want to be able to take it for a run thru the mountains on the weekend... so at least need the car to idle and drive in traffic.

The setup will be tuned but basically on 90 octane gas.... so the tuner series won't even require degreeing the cam ?
