Thunk thunk thunk...
I feel like my car is falling apart around me: This is my third post in as many weeks.
When driving down the road while giving the engine gas, there is a relatively light "thunk thunk thunk" sound continuously coming from what seems like the floorboards. It's fairly quiet, if you aren't paying attention you wouldn't notice. But, as the driver it is obvious. The faster I drive the faster the sound repeats. For example, at 40mph there would be about two thunks per second. But, when I let off the gas the sound goes away. Transmission? Drivetrain? Other?
Considering I live in Malawi, Africa, I may not actually be able to get this fixed, but knowing what it is would be a nice first step. Any guesses?

First thing you can do is just get under the car and start shaking things...heat shields, axles, A-Arms, anywhere with a bushing, anywhere and everywhere. Might just be a loose mudflap, a faulty tranny mount, anything really.
Is the thump a more mechanical thump or contact type thump?
