Default Salvage S2000... Repairable?

Picked up a rear ended s2000. Now frame rails were hit directly. The the top left portion of the trunk. Do you think this is repairable? If so, in your opinion, what is the best way to go about it? My roommate is a certified welder so I do have that option but would like to try and steer away from cutting and replacing body panels if possible. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or opinions. Sorry for cell phone pics.

^^^^^^^^ what he said, for a proper repair. But there used to be this guy next to me before who did all my frame work before he moved to arizona and he would pull hits like that perfectly in place, and some mud work on quarter, He was something else.

Anything is fixable. Just depends on how much time and money you want to put into it. Looks like its not too bad though.

Where are you located, if your semi local I could get it in the shop and square it back up for ya. It's a pretty easy fix. With the right machine and tools.
