Anyone know of any problems with running an H22 tranny with an H23 motor?I know the blocks are the same (outer dimension at least).Any help would be greatly appreciated.

bolts right up...shorter gears...so it will rev higher at a given speed. Accelerates faster. I have an h22a tranny on my h23/VTEC

Cool.I have an h22 block anyway cause when i needed a new motor all JG had around was an h22 but since it was resleeved it dosent matter anyway.I found an H22 tranny locally and i thought the closer gear ratio would help.
