Default LSV Swap Q's

Alright so first off I'm new to the forum and new to Honda's in general.
I've got a 1990 Integra LS and it has the stock B18A1 engine in it and I want to do a LSV swap in it. I was told I should keep my A1 block and do a C1 head swap. I just need an idea of what all is needed to complete the swap and get a idea of what the costs will or could be around to do so. Any help would be great, and maybe some tips or a point in the right direction.

Thanks.
