Default P61 bad Q10 transistor were to find new one?

My fuel pump quit priming on my GSR & I have traced the problem to Q10 in my ecu. I can't read the numbers on the transistor so I am having a hard time finding a new one. I have a donor ecu but I would much rather find a new replacement part.
Anyone know the part number & where I can find a new part?
TIA

Really, No one knows the part number for Q10 in a ODB1 ECU?

i hope you're joking.

measure the body of the transistor (black with three pins right?) then search Newark.com or Digikey.com for something similar. you could also try posting over at PGMFI.org. those guys know ECUs.

EDIT: wait, is that a surface mount transistor? have you replaced surface mount stuff before? it's tough.

also, i remembered Moates and Xenocron. check them out for answeres as well as parts.

Craig Moates is the man for ecu related things. Try to get in touch with him.

By "try to get in touch with him" I didn't mean look at his website, I mean email or call him. I'd be impressed if you could find the info for that little chicken **** part on someone's website.

for actually coming back and posting up the answer to your question. I've seen so many threads where the OP figured the problem out, but neglected to post the solution and someone bumped the thread a year later with the same problem as the OP had.
