I have a comptech sport exhaust on my EP3, and while I do love it's loud growl, the people in my neighborhood have called the police multiple times and I'd really just like ,y car to be loud when I want (in high revs) and quiet when I need it. I dont have the dough or the heart to replace my current setup. is this Is this possible.

 

Replace the comptech resonator with a longer/quieter one & install a cutout?
The electric ones have improved alot over the years in terms of reliability.

 

I use a DB killer a bit like this. Daily drive i have it installed, track and fast paced going i have it taken off..
