I've got a oil leak problem. There look's like there is a leak at the valve cover gasket and I had my breather on and it was spraying out a lil oil. What could this be from? The mechanic I go threw says he is not sure but he thinks it is possible that the piston rings mite be blown because I have blow threw that is why he thinks my breather could be spitting oil because of too much oil pressure. Would that be your guy's guess? I have only lost about a quart worth of oil in about 2 or 2 1/2 weeks.

 

Well is the Valve cover gasket shot? How many miles on the car? Do you have any mods etc.

 

I'm gonna replace the valve cover gasket tonight and I have a turbo but just put it on like 2 weeks ago running stock boost on a tial wastegate for a drag kit. I have like 34000 miles.
