1986 CRX with a blacktop swap (D16A1) that will not start. I am getting fuel and spark. I have a hasport swap wiring harness, everything is wired to there directions. I'm almost positive the timing is on, at least on the timing belt side, And when I check the distributor side it was TDC. What else can I check? Also tried to start on starting fluid. Still will not start. Any suggestions?

 

Oh and the crankshaft sensor/cylinder position sensor moves when its turning over.. like wiggles back and forth.
